Eligibility for Exchange

This policy applies only to products purchased directly through Fast Cables E-Shop. We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect Product: If the wrong product was delivered to you by either Fast Cables or our courier partner.
  • Damaged Product: If the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Relations: Reach out to our Customer Relations (CR) Department at (042)-111-000-343 or cr@fast-cables.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide Required Information: You will need to provide the following details to our CR Officer:
    • Full Name
    • Phone Number
    • Order Number
    • Date of Purchase
    • Shipping Address
    • Delivery Challan (provided by the courier)
    • Photographic Evidence: Clear photos of the product, packaging, and any damage or incorrect items.

Our CR Officer will guide you through the next steps of the exchange process and provide assistance as needed.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Unused and Unopened Condition: The product must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact. If the product has been opened or used, we may not accept the exchange request.
  • Complete Product: All original components, accessories, and manuals must be included. If any part of the product is missing or damaged (not due to delivery), the exchange request may be declined.
Exceptions

Please note the following exceptions to our exchange policy:

  • Fast Tasdeeq Sticker: Products with a Fast Tasdeeq sticker (on cable coils) will not be eligible for exchange if the sticker has been scratched, damaged, or tampered with.
  • Excess or Leftover Cable: We do not accept exchanges for leftover or excess cable that was ordered in excess of the required quantity.
  • Customized Products: Products that have been customized or made to order are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Return Shipping Costs
  • If the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged product), Fast Cables will cover the return shipping costs.
  • In cases where the customer has changed their mind or ordered incorrectly, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.
Processing Time for Exchange

Once your exchange request has been approved, the processing time may vary depending on product availability and other factors. We will keep you informed of the status and provide an estimated timeframe for completing the exchange.
