Aluminium & Aluminium Alloy Plant
FAST metallurgy center now hosts a futuristic Aluminium & Aluminium Alloy plant that adds not only value to its Cables and Conductors manufacturing but also a source of raw material to many industries. As compared to a conventional Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR), All Aluminum Alloy Conductors (AAAC) are preferred in transmission and distribution network due to their lighter weight, and lower electrical losses.

Copper Plant
FAST has the state-of-the-art Copper Upcast Plant utilizing Continuous Rod Casting Technology, ensuring the production of premium-quality copper products that adhere to international standards. These include:
- Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC) Rod – Ensuring high conductivity and superior performance.
- Copper Busbar – Designed for efficient power distribution and durability.
The plant employs eco-friendly machinery for processing LME registered “A” Grade copper cathodes into 8mm & 16mm diameter copper rod, which exceeds the requirements of ASTM standards keeping the oxygen content in the copper under 10ppm and yields 102% IACS conductivity.
